Maybe you still remember with GT House Interior in Brazil. This is another design from Guilherme Torres for the interior house. Interior design in the presents when the young architect Guilherme Torres was invited to participate in Mostra Black, one of the most important event of interior design in Brazil, some statements have become very clear. Guilherme Torres interest to fill interior with unique and high art value furnishings even he chose antique furnishings. It is able to create an atmosphere of rustic and tempo. The space built specially for the event, in the patio of a modernist house in Alto de Pinheiros area in São Paulo, refers to the Barcelona pavilion by The van der Rohe, one of the architect’s works.

During construction, the profile of an “imaginary resident” was created. The character “Mister Black” would be an alter ego of the professional, a young art collector, passionate by music and a citizen of the world that loves to receive his friends.

The starting point of the decoration was the wide Otto sofa, in leather, designed by the architect, as well as the Pil sofa with 50’s lines and the coffee table covered with vintage wallpaper.

The furniture follows an eclectic line of Torres. The rococo table receives the DJ pick-ups, the folding screen from the 50’s is from Lúcio Costa, the bar cart from Sérgio Zalszupin. The art frames from new rising artists in the Brazilian market, all from Zipper gallery.
